Due to its Sports Development Program, Taytay eyed the construction of Taytay Sports Complex which is the new seat of sports development in Rizal.
University Of Rizal System - Taytay Campus is already open for the youths of Taytay who don't have enough money for their college studies.
The road widening of Rizal Avenue and Manila East Road was already done. Taytay is also planning for the construction of a new hi-way called Kalayaan Ave. that will connect the Barangays of Dolores, San Juan and Muzon.
The highly ambitious project of the construction of Metro Manila International Airport to be completed in 2015 in cooperation with Taguig City will again add wealth to the increasing revenues of Taytay.
Since the airport is adjacent to the vicinity of Taytay (Lupang Arenda in particular), hotels, high-rise condominiums will take place. The new TESDA in Taytay is now open. the said office is the largest in the country It is located back of the New Taytay Municipal Hall.
